The Cardio App is designed to help indoor cyclists follow and track their workout plans with ease.
When I first started cycling, I found it tough to keep up with all the details—speed, tension, position, effort, and timing. So I figured I could *spin* up an app to make things simpler.
You can jump right in with public workouts—no login required. The workout screen guides you through each round, showing timers and targets for speed, tension, position, and effort.
If you create an account, you can build and save your own workouts and track your progress on a dashboard with stats like weekly workouts and favorites.
